Responsibilities:
Design and prototype product enclosures and mechanical components
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate sensors, electronics, and physical materials
Assist in product testing and iteration
Qualifications:
Experience in mechanical design (CAD, 3D modeling)
Familiarity with materials for prototyping and small-scale production
Creative problem-solving and collaboration skills
Electrical Engineer

About the Role: We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to bring our products to life. You’ll help develop sensor systems, power integration, and electronic layouts for engaging and durable educational tech.
Responsibilities:
Design sensor circuits, boards, and component layouts
Collaborate with the mechanical and software teams
Troubleshoot and refine prototypes for usability and safety
Qualifications:
Experience with embedded systems (Arduino, ESP32, etc.)
PCB design and power management
Ability to work independently and as a part of a small team
Software Engineer
Location: Remote/Local (Tennessee preferred)

About the Role: We’re looking for a Software Engineer to build the logic and UI for our interactive educational tools. You’ll program microcontrollers and potentially develop simple companion apps to track and display performance data.
Responsibilities:
Write firmware for Arduino/ESP32 devices
Collaborate on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi communication
Contribute to a web or mobile app
Qualifications:
Proficency in C/C++ and Adruino-based development
Experience with mobile/web development is a plus
Passion for hands-on tech and education
Product Designer (Physical/Industrial)

About the Role: We’re building smart, hands-on tools for learning — and design matters. We’re seeking a Product Designer to shape the look, feel, and function of our training tools, ensuring they’re fun, safe, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
Design products with aesthetics and ergonomics
Work with engineers to align form and function
Assist in preparing products for prototyping and manufacturing
Qualifications:
Experience in industrial/product design
Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills
Interest in education, fitness, or martial arts is a bonus
